Reminders by email and WhatsApp before the due date, on the day, and after. You write the template once.
Delinquency report by age: 1 to 30 days, 31 to 60 and over 60. Exports to a spreadsheet for the assembly.
Monthly collections report as a PDF, ready for the board.
Add units and residents by invitation, reassign a unit, and deactivate someone when they move out.
Audit log: who did what and when. Useful the moment somebody asks.

What your resident sees:

Resident account statement in RentVite Condo, showing the outstanding balance and the pay button

Their statement: how much they owe, for which month, and how many days late they are.
Payment by card or in cash at OXXO, with a voucher to pay in store.
Payment history with a downloadable PDF receipt.
Payment notices by email and, if they opt in, by WhatsApp.
